I am a provider for CIGNA, HIP, Value Options, GHI and Medicare.

I believe that prohibitive costs should not be a barrier to quality psychotherapy.Therefore, my fees are sliding scale and negotiated at consultation. Group fees vary depending on the group. I am a State licensed reimbursable psychotherapist. All health plans that offer out-of-network coverage (such as Blue Cross, etc.) will also reimburse for my services according to their policy guidelines.

Payment

I ask clients to pay me weekly in order not to build up a large balance that can put pressure on the therapy. I provide statements and also receipts suitable for submission to insurance plans at the end of each month. Payment by check is fine.

Directions

Take the F train to 7th Avenue in Park Slope.  Walk up 7th Avenue to 13th Street. 

Take the B67 bus up 7th Avenue to 13th Street 

There are two entrances to the building, one on 13th Street and one on 7th Avenue.  Please ring the middle bell at the 7th Avenue entrance.
