I am a provider for CIGNA, HIP, Value Options, GHI, UBH, Oxford and Medicare.

I believe that prohibitive costs should not be a barrier to quality psychotherapy.Therefore, my fees are sliding scale and negotiated at consultation. Group fees vary depending on the group. I am a State licensed reimbursable psychotherapist. All health plans that offer out-of-network coverage (such as Blue Cross, etc.) will also reimburse for my services according to their policy guidelines.

Payment

I ask clients to pay me weekly in order not to build up a large balance that can put pressure on the therapy. I provide statements and also receipts suitable for submission to insurance plans at the end of each month. Payment by check is fine.

Directions

Take the A train to Utica Avenue.  If coming from direction of Manhattan exit the rear of the train. Walk down Stuyvesant Street three blocks. Turn left on Decatur. 274 Decatur is five or so buildings down the block. Ring the bottom bell at the top of the stairs. 

Take the B65 bus up Fulton Street to Fulton and Schenectady. Cross Fulton Street and turn right. Walk half a block to Stuyvesant and turn left. Walk down Stuyvesant three blocks to Decatur and turn left. Ring the bottom bell at the top of the stairs.
