Fees and Insurance
I am a provider for CIGNA, HIP, Value Options,
GHI and Medicare. I will soon be a provider for Health Care Plus and 1199 as well.
I believe that
prohibitive costs should not be a barrier to quality psychotherapy. Therefore, my fees are sliding scale and negotiated
at consultation. Group fees vary depending on the group. I am a State licensed reimbursable psychotherapist. All health plans
that offer out-of-network coverage (such as Blue Cross, etc.) will also reimburse for my services according to their policy
guidelines.
Payment
I ask clients to pay me weekly in order not to build
up a large balance that can put pressure on the therapy. I provide statements and also receipts suitable for submission to
insurance plans at the end of each month. Payment by check is fine.
Sometimes people prefer to pay for sessions
via secure on-line services. I am a subscriber to Pay Pal, which offers this secure service. If you would like to submit
